SolarStrap™ Freedom is a lightweight charger which gathers solar energy into an internal
battery for instant or later use. Thanks to various charging adapters, it’s compatible with
most mobile phones, MP3 players, GPS, digital cameras and other devices utilizing 5 V
charging voltage. The SolarStrap can also be charged from mains power or from your PC
or laptop.
Suntrica’s SolarStrap™ Freedom is the size of a small wallet and weighs only 65 grams. It
has been manufactured using RoHS compatible, PVC-free and halogen-free material and
processes. One hour of solar charging gives around 16 minutes of talk time or 10 hours of
standby time for your cell phone.
SolarStrap™ Freedom is available in five cool colors and comes with a charging
cable and a user guide. In a few years’ time solar powered chargers will be
issued as standard. In the meantime, you can give your mobile devices the
charger that they – and our world – deserves.
