The contract on-line ", accepted on the website www.ilsolare.it, shall be concluded between  il Solare di Gonzato Antonio, with registered offices in Via Marx 18 / I - 26027 - Rivolta d'Adda (CR), - Italy - VAT IT01514470192, and the consumer or customer via an electronic system called e-commerce sales. Payment by "bank wire" must be received within 10 days from the order with the credit in the same day on which the transfer is made. Any delays has to be communicated to the email address info@ilsolare.it. In the absence of signals from the customer, after 10 days the order is void.

3. Terms and delivery costs

The shipping costs on the international territory will be communicated later at the time of purchase and include the costs of packaging.

The shipment will be made with express delivery in. After shipment you will receive an email with your tracking number, via the website you can track the shipping status.

Please remember to give us a valid phone number, so that Courier can contact you if necessary.

If you choose advance payment, or by bank transfer, Paypal, the shipment will be made after receiving the payment.

No responsibility can be attributed to il Solare di Gonzato Antonio in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order. Unless expressly stated by our customer service, delivery means to street level. Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to control: the packaging is not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal). Any damage must be immediately reported to the carrier making the delivery. Once signed the slip, the customer can not make any objection about the appearance of the goods. Any problems concerning the physical, correspondence or completeness of the goods received must be reported within 7 days from delivery, as provided herein. If you fail to collect within 5 working days of the material in storage at the warehouses of the courier because of repeated inability to delivery to the address specified by the customer when the order, the order will be automatically canceled, and charge the Customer for costs of return.

ilsolare.it sells high quality products and original, and each is valid for the guarantee provided by the manufacturer.

6. Right of withdrawal

Where THE CONCLUSION OF A CONTRACT TO PURCHASE carried away from business premises, the sale in question is to be considered governed by law No. 206 of 06.09.2005, which allows the buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal. The customer at his own expenses will resend the goods to il Solare di Antonio Gonzato within 10 days from the authorization. The goods must be returned intact, with label and in its original packaging, if included, kept with reasonable diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt.

The right of withdrawal is still subject to the following conditions:

-The law applies to product purchased in its entirety, it is not possible to exercise only on the withdrawal of the product (eg accessories)

-The purchased goods must be intact and with the labels (to limit damage to the products we recommend, when possible, to place them in a box protected by cellophane, should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the packaging of product

Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, ilsolare.it will refund the customer the full amount paid, less shipping charges incurred within 30 days of return of goods, by transfer of  the amount charged to the credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, will be the client promptly provide the bank on which the reimbursement (ABI - CAB - Account of the invoice) will occur.

The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (the packaging and / or label), where ilsolare.it finds:

-Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation

Jurisdiction and Venue

Any dispute regarding the application, execution, and breach of purchase contracts concluded on-line via the website www.ilsolare.it is subject to Italian jurisdiction, these general conditions are reported, although not expressly referred to therein , the provisions of Legislative Law No. 206 of 06.09.2005. Any dispute between the parties relating to this agreement shall be handled by the Court of Cremona (CR) (Italy).

7. Obligations of the customer

The Customer agrees and undertakes, once the purchase process on-line has been finished, to print and to preserve the present general conditions, which, however, will have already seen and accepted as required step in the purchase process and the specific features of the product being purchased.
